3. Fine grinding: Use 3000# diamond resin soft water grinding disc to spray A2 grinding, ion exchange, and fine grinding, which accounts for 20% of the overall grinding time. After fine grinding, the glossiness is greatly improved, and the surface density of the marble stone is improved, which lays a solid foundation for the polishing agent (NO2+Q5 mirror repair agent) and enhances the adhesion of the polishing material.
4. Polishing: Use a crystal machine with a power of more than 2HP, a speed of 175-210 rpm, a weight of 45-70 kg, a hair pad with 70% hair content, a 3M pad, a nano pad, and a marble mirror resurfacing cream NO2, 2X mirror lock brightening knife into the milk Q5 for polishing and grinding. After polishing, the glossiness of the marble surface can reach at least 90-100 degrees.
5. If it is difficult to make the stone transparent, such as Jazz White and resin artificial stone, if it is still not bright enough after the above methods, then spray A2 again and grind it with 3000# until it is dry, and then repeat the polishing with nano pad, marble mirror face resurfacing cream NO2, 2X mirror face lock brightening knife into milk Q5, the nano inorganic polymer copolymer forms a crystal layer, is glassy, and the bright effect will definitely come out. It has high hardness, wear resistance, transparency, water resistance, anti-fouling, anti-slip and other functions.
