Our Production Workflow
Block Cutting
Large blocks are processed with multi-blade gang saws or wire saws, depending on the material's hardness. This step ensures slabs of consistent thickness and minimal internal stress, suitable for various applications including flooring, wall cladding, and countertops.
Surface Processing
We offer a wide range of surface finishes-polished, honed, flamed, bush-hammered, sandblasted, and leathered. Advanced polishing machines ensure high gloss levels, while other textures are achieved using precision-controlled tools for consistent tactile effects.
Dimension Cutting
Slabs and tiles are cut to size using bridge saws, CNC cutters, or waterjet machines. We maintain strict dimensional tolerance-typically within ±1 mm-ensuring the perfect fit for construction or bespoke design applications.
Edge & Profile Processing
Edges can be customized into bullnose, bevel, ogee, or other profiles using CNC routers and profiling tools. This step is critical for countertops, steps, and decorative panels. Each edge is polished or textured based on the client's requirement.
