Strict Quality Control for Every Stone Piece
Raw Material Selection
We source only premium-grade granite, marble, quartz, and sandstone blocks from trusted quarries. Each block is visually and structurally inspected before processing, ensuring uniform color tone, minimal natural flaws, and the right hardness for the intended application.
Dimensional Accuracy Check
After cutting, all slabs and tiles are measured using digital calipers and laser alignment tools. We strictly control length, width, and thickness tolerances-typically within ±1mm-to meet project specifications and international standards such as ASTM and EN.
Surface Flatness & Polish Quality
Each surface is checked for smoothness and flatness using straight edges and gauges. For polished stone, gloss levels are tested using gloss meters to ensure consistent shine, with polish ratings above 85 GU (Gloss Units) for granite and marble.
Edge Finishing & Chamfer Testing
Edge profiles-bevel, bullnose, ogee, and others-are finished with CNC or hand-polishing machines. Every finished edge is inspected for clean lines, smooth transitions, and chip-free finish, essential for countertop and cladding applications.

Packaging Inspection
Before shipping, all products undergo final inspection for quantity, label accuracy, and packaging integrity. We use fumigated wooden crates, plastic spacers, and reinforced corners to prevent edge damage or movement during transport.
Full Inspection Reports Upon Request
For bulk orders or project-based shipments, we provide detailed quality inspection reports including dimension records, surface photos, and material certifications. These can be used for customs clearance or internal QC by your side.
International Standards Compliance
Our quality system aligns with ISO 9001 guidelines and follows international benchmarks such as CE, SGS, or ASTM standards depending on destination market.
