• The facade and the plane "begonia corner" are inverted with a small bevel of 3 mm to prevent bumps.
• The skirting and steps are made of the same material, with a height of 80-100 mm, forming a sense of completeness of "a box".
• The outdoor steps are pre-buried with a 3% drainage slope. Electric heating and snow melting systems can be added to projects in the north to prevent ice from forming in winter.
